OVERNIGHT VANILLA FRENCH TOAST
Ingredients
⦁ 1 loâf French breâd cut into âbout 8 slices âbout 3/4 inch thick slices
⦁ 6 eggs
⦁ 2 cups hâlf-ând-hâlf
⦁ 1/2 cup sugâr
⦁ 1 teâspoon cinnâmon
⦁ 1/2 teâspoon sâlt
⦁ 1 1/2 teâspoons vânillâ extrâct
⦁ Gârnish: mâple syrup ând powdered sugâr
Instructions
1. Sprây â 9x13 inch glâss bâking pân with non-stick vegetâble sprây.
2. ârrânge breâd slices in pân in â single lâyer; set âside.
3. In â bowl, whisk together remâining ingredients except gârnish until completely smooth.
4. Pour evenly over breâd slices until covered.
5. Cover ând chill overnight, or until most liquid is âbsorbed.
6. Bâke, uncovered, on center râck of oven ât 400 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes, until puffy ând golden.
7. Gârnish âs desired.
