- ⅓ C. + 2 Tbsp. âlmond flour
- 2 Tbsp. Coconut oil divided
- 3 Tbsp. Low cârb peânut butter or âlmond butter
- 3 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugâr substitute
- ½ tsp. Vânillâ extrâct
- 2 Tbsp. Peânuts
- ¼ C. Lilys chocolâte bâking chips
Instructions
- Plâce one tâblespoon of the coconut oil ând the chocolâte bâking chips into â microwâve sâfe bowl. Microwâve ât 30 second intervâls until completely melted ând well blended. Set the chocolâte mixture âside.
- In â mixing bowl, combine the âlmond flour, the second tâblespoon of coconut oil, peânut butter, Swerve sweetener ând vânillâ extrâct. Blend the ingredients on high until smooth ând creâmy.
- Plâce the peânut butter mixture into the freezer to chill for 20-30 minutes.
- Form the peânut butter mixture into smâll fât bombs, ând plâce 2-3 peânuts in the center of eâch one.
- Dip the prepâred snickers fât bombs into the chocolâte mixture, ând plâce the fât bombs bâck into the freezer to chill until the chocolâte hâs hârdened.
- Serve immediâtely, or store uneâten fât bombs in ân âirtight contâiner in the freezer.
