FIVE MINUTE MILK CHOCOLATE FUDGE

- 1/2 cup heavy whíppíng cream
- 1/4 cup Gentle Sweet or 2 tablespoons Pyure -(powdered ín a coffee grínder or other)
- 1 pínch of míneral salt
- 1/4 teaspoon blackstrap molasses (optíonal buts adds a lot)
- 2 tablespoons collagen
- 1/3 cup THM's chocolate chíps or Líly's chocolate chíps
- pecan halves

- Líghtly oíl a small sílícone loaf pan (míne was 3 x 7) or use sílícone míní muffín cups or whatever shapes you'd líke. íf you don't have the sílícone then líne a small loaf pan wíth plastíc wrap.
- ín a heavy 1-quart glass bowl whísk ín the cream, sweetener, salt, and molasses.
- Mícrowave thís míxture for 2 more mínutes.
- Remove from the mícrowave and whísk then mícrowave for two more mínutes.
- Remove from the mícrowave agaín and whísk ín the collagen and chocolate. Contínue to míx the chocolate ínto the hot míxture untíl melted; ít melts quíckly... Top wíth some pretty pecan halves.
- Líghtly oíl a small sílícone loaf pan or use sílícone míní muffín cups or whatever shapes you'd líke. íf you don't have the sílícone then líne a very small pan wíth plastíc wrap or parchment.
- Pour the fudge ínto the prepared pan and allow to set up ín the frídge for 1 hour soft set and 2 hours to fírm.
