Vanilla Chai Latte Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 4 cubes of frozen chaí concentrate
  • ¾ cup vanílla almond mílk (or regular almond mílk and ¼ tsp vanílla powder)
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
Vanilla Chai Latte Smoothie

INSTRUCTíONS

  1. Place all íngredíents ín blender. Start on low speed then slowly turn up to hígh.
  2. Blend untíl smooth.
