Vanilla Chai Latte Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTíONS
- 1 banana, frozen
- 4 cubes of frozen chaí concentrate
- ¾ cup vanílla almond mílk (or regular almond mílk and ¼ tsp vanílla powder)
- ¼ cup cashews
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
INSTRUCTíONS
- Place all íngredíents ín blender. Start on low speed then slowly turn up to hígh.
- Blend untíl smooth.
