EASY HAM BALLS RECIPE
You wíll need:
For the glaze, you'll need :
- 1 pound fully cooked ham, fínely ground
- 1 pound ground pork (Note: my meat counter sells a ham loaf míx that has the ham and pork míxed together for you.)
- 1 cup mílk
- 1 cup crushed Frosted Flakes
- 2 egg, líghtly beaten
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
For the glaze, you'll need :
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vínegar
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- To start, put the ham and pork ín a bowl and míx wíth your hands. (íf you buy the premíxed meat, that's one step you can skíp!)
- Beat two eggs and add them ín.
- Crush the frosted flakes and add them, also. (í líke usíng my Magíc Bullet or míní food processor for fast crushíng.)
- Add the mílk and míx thoroughly!
- Form ínto líttle balls and place ín a glass bakíng dísh. í líke to use old fashíoned glass píe plates!
- Prepare the glaze by heatíng up the glaze íngredíents untíl símmeríng. Pour over the balls.
- Cover and bake balls ín oven at 350 degrees for for 20 mínutes. Uncover and bake an addítíonal 15-20 mínutes. Toss the balls ín the glaze and serve!
