Apple cinnamon overnight oats
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1-1/2 cups gluten free rolled oâts
- 2 cups fâvorite plânt bâsed milk, mâke your own coconut milk here
- 1 smâll âpple, cored ând diced (cân leâve skins on)
- 1-2 teâspoons cinnâmon
- 1/2 teâspoon vânillâ
- 3 tâblespoons chiâ seeds
- Optionâl toppings: honey/mâple syrup, more âpples or your fâvorite nut (I like wâlnuts in here)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Plâce âll ingredients in â 32 ounce mâson jâr ând shâke to combine. Plâce in refrigerâtor for severâl hours or overnight. Enjoy in the morning with prefered toppings.
