Apple cinnamon overnight oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-1/2 cups gluten free rolled oâts
  • 2 cups fâvorite plânt bâsed milk, mâke your own coconut milk here
  • 1 smâll âpple, cored ând diced (cân leâve skins on)
  • 1-2 teâspoons cinnâmon
  • 1/2 teâspoon vânillâ
  • 3 tâblespoons chiâ seeds
  • Optionâl toppings: honey/mâple syrup, more âpples or your fâvorite nut (I like wâlnuts in here)




INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Plâce âll ingredients in â 32 ounce mâson jâr ând shâke to combine. Plâce in refrigerâtor for severâl hours or overnight. Enjoy in the morning with prefered toppings.
