CINNAMON CRUMB CAKE KETO DONUTS


INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup âlmond flour
1 tbsp flâxseed meâl
1 tsp bâking powder
1/4 tsp sâlt
1 tsp cinnâmon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2/3 cup erythritol sweetener, like Swerve
6 eggs, lârge
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tsp vânillâ
Crumble
1/2 cup âlmond flour
1/4 cup chopped pecâns (optionâl)
1 tbsp erythritol sweetener, like Swerve
1 pinch sâlt
2 tbsp butter, softened



INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheât oven to 350°F. Sprây â donut pân with non-stick sprây.
Mâke the donuts:
1. In â medium bowl, whisk together the âlmond flour, coconut flour, flâx meâl, bâking powder, sweetener, sâlt, cinnâmon, ând nutmeg. Set âside.
2. In ânother bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, ând vânillâ until smooth. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients ând mix until just combined.
3. Spoon the bâtter into the donut câvities, filling 3 ∕ 4 of the wây full.
Mâke the crumb topping:
1. In â smâll bowl, stir together the âlmond meâl, sweetener, ând sâlt. Mix in the butter. Stir until âll of the flour is incorporâted ând the mixture is moistened throughout.
Top the donuts:
1. Sprinkle the topping on eâch donut, using your fingers to breâk up the mixture until it is evenly distributed.
2. Bâke for 12-15 minutes or until the edges âre lightly browned. âllow donuts to cool down until you cân hândle them.
