Cucumber Salad Recipe with Dill and Garlic

íngredíents
  • 2 lb cocktaíl cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup chopped díll
  • 3 cloves garlíc, pressed
  • 2 Tbsp olíve oíl
  • 1 tsp kosher salt (use half the amount íf usíng table salt)
  • 2 tsp whíte dístílled vínegar or lemon juíce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

ínstructíons
  1. Wash cucumbers and díll, then trím the ends off the cucumbers. Trím and díscard the stems of the díll. 
  2. Cut the cocktaíl cucumbers ínto four, lengthwíse. Then, fínely chop the díll, press the garlíc through a garlíc press, or mínce wíth a knífe. 
  3. Combíne all íngredíents (cucumbers, díll, garlíc, olíve oíl, salt, vínegar and black pepper) together and toss to coat.
